1.1 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for completed hair services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform us during your visit, and we will make every effort to address your concerns promptly.

1.2 Additional Services

If you experience issues with your hair service, please contact us within 60 Days of your appointment.

If you experience issues with your skin & nails service, please contact us within 24-48 hours of your appointment.

We will be happy to schedule a complimentary follow-up appointment to make any necessary adjustments or corrections. Our goal is to ensure you leave our salon feeling confident and delighted with your hair.
